A few days ago I saw another “improvised” solution. That is what I name non efficient systems built by someone who wants to be my competitor, trying to copy my systems or simply builds cutting and deburring machines.

These improvised systems are not productive, more precisely, they are slow and give you more problems than advantages.  While using them NOTHING gets solved, and you think that your process can not increase additional value to  your production.

At work I meet clients who tell me: “ If I produce internally with my system (improved I added) it costs 20% more than an external artisan!

SO THERE IS A PROBLEM!

Pochi giorni fa ho visto di nuovo una soluzione “improvvisata”. E’ così chiamo le macchine non efficienti costruite da qualcuno che vorrebbe essere un mio concorrente, da qualcuno che prova a copiare le mie o che semplicemente prova a costruire macchine di taglio e sbavatura.

Queste macchine improvvisate non sono produttive, sono difatto lente e ti danno più problemi che vantaggi, utilizzandole poi non riesci MAI a fare tornare i conti, credendo che il tuo processo non possa avere valore aggiunto sulla tua produzione.

Durante il mio lavoro mi trovo clienti che mi dicono: ”se produco internamente con la mia macchina (improvvisata aggiungo io) mi costa il 20% più che far lavorare un artigiano esterno!”

ALLORA C’E’ UN PROBLEMA!

The picture is showing a machine very similar to mine, but there is a problem!!

Yes, by having a look in detail the machine seems to be very similar. The competitor has a picture very close to the tool: it’s complete the same of mine.

Oggi sono davvero orgoglioso. Non so come scriverlo. Ho appena visitato Euroguss (la più importante fiera al mondo per pressocolata) e mi sono visto una gigantografia di un mio progetto nello stand di un mio competitor.
