After you die casted your piece, you have to remove the gating system and deburr it.

Until yesterday, the way was one: put a shear, a shearing mold and… violà! The game was done!

BUT IT ’S NO LONGER THE CASE!

If you are still using shearing molds don’t worry… there are many other foundries still doing the same without considering another more modern solution.

Uso la trancia o taglio con il robot?

Dopo aver pressocolato il tuo un pezzo, devi rimuovere il ramo di colata e sbavarlo.

Fino a ieri la strada era una sola: mettere una trancia, uno stampo trancia e…. voilà! Il gioco era fatto!

MA NON È PIÙ COSI!

Se anche tu stai ancora installando trance, non ti preoccupare…ci sono molte altre fonderie fanno ancora in questo modo senza considerare un altra più moderna  soluzione.

Stare con soluzioni collaudate e antiche di sicuro rassicura.
Sicuramente se si fa come si è sempre fatto non si incorre in rischi e sbagli.
