When you have to produce a casting you always remember that you need the press, the furnace, the mold and you think that the stops at the casting…

…often you forget that you also have to Cut and Deburr the pieces.

You find an supplier, you make a deburring die , you readjust a machine you already have, the non-specialized supplier build a new machine, you deliver pieces demurring them as little as possible and you hand the problem over to someone else.

You start the production and your problem gets bigger day by day; until you are in really difficult situations.

Quando devi produrre un getto pressofuso ti ricordi sempre che hai bisogno della pressa, del forno, dello stampo, pensi che il processo si fermi alla fusione…

…spesso ti dimentichi che devi anche Tagliare e Sbavare i pezzi.

Trovi un fornitore esterno, fai uno stampo trancia magico, riadatti una macchina che hai già, fai costruire una macchina speciale da un fornitore non specializzato, consegni i pezzi sbavandoli il meno possibile e lasci il problema a qualcun’altro.

Inizi la produzione e il tuo problema diventa più grande giorno dopo giorno; finché ti trovi in situazioni davvero difficili.

Oggi sono incazzato con il mondo! Una volta di più sono stato fottuto da un robottaro!

Ma la cosa che mi fa più arrabbiare è che i nodi verranno al pettine e le conseguenze le pagherà il cliente, e io non sono stato capace di fargli capire l’importanza del problema.
