Oggi tutti parlano di industria 4.0

Troppi ne parlano, senza saperne nulla.

Il problema di industria 4.0 é che viene divulgata come la nuova rivoluzione …anche se chi ne parla non ne sa nulla.

Facciamo delle precisazioni.

Industria 4.0 é la rivoluzione dell internet of things, dei big data, dell automazione della fabbrica, della realtà aumentata.
É un termine per definire tante cose, per me troppe.

Poi in Italia ci sono gli incentivi per l acquisto di beni che rispettino una serie di caratteristiche che vengono definite di industria 4.0; e questa é un altra cosa.
In Italia questi incentivi si chiamano  iper-ammortamento 250%.
Cioè si può detrarre fiscalmente il 250% del reale valore del bene.

Today everyone talks about industry 4.0

Too many talk about it, without knowing anything about it.

The problem of industry 4.0 is that it is disclosed as the latest revolution… even if those who speak do not know anything about it.

It is a word to define many things, in my opinion to many.

Then in Italy there are incentives for the purchase of goods that meet a series of characteristics that are defined by Industry 4.0; and this is another thing.
In Italy these incentives are called hyper-description 250%.
In other words, 250% of the real value pdf the asset can be tax deducted.

20 years ago the choice was obvious: special machines!

It was obvious because if I had to produce a certain product I was sure that my production would not stop for years.

So it was easy to choose: the special machine guaranteed the best cycle time and the best purchase price.

Then everything has changed!

the crisis has come. There are those who spoke of the 2008 crises, and some of 2009 one.
In fact, the market has irreparably changed.

Do not hide behind your finger!
It is true for you!

20 anni fa la scelta era scontata: macchine speciali!

Era scontata perché se facevo un certo prodotto ero certo che la mia produzione non si sarebbe fermata per anni.

Quindi era semplice scegliere: la macchina speciale garantiva il migliore tempo ciclo e il miglior prezzo di acquisto.

Poi tutto è cambiato!

È venuta la crisi. C’è chi ha parlato della crisi del 2008, chi del 2009.
Di fatto il mercato è irrimediabilmente mutato.

AND THIS?

When you consider the investment return of a machine you also have to consider the additional costs of an operator.

Have you ever considered that your workers are often absent on Monday morning?
Have you ever considered that they produce less?
Have you ever seen that the productivity drops at the weekend?

How to blame them. Cutting and deburring is really heavy and exhausting.

The worker must move weights, work with vibration tools, pay close attention to the operations he does (not to forget any and to avoid disasters)…

It’s a really terrible job.

The robot does it without difficulty.
So, are you really comparing the real costs?
Do you only hourly costs ?

It’s like comparing 2 cars only considering the horsepower!
Is it enough?

So it is necessary to evaluate every single aspect of the process.

The robot gives you several advantages:
– Constant productivity e
– Guaranteed availability
– Production of the pieces always with the same quality
– Less accidents
– Increase of operator presence
– Better work environment
– Better delivery time

For the operator we must consider:
– Low yield in the afternoon
– Accidents
– Returned goods for attention lowering
– Production mistakes
– Training time
– holidays and deserved rest

I installed machines where the labor costs 3 € per hour… and client understood that it was profitable anyway.

You need think about it calmly and really understand what an operator costs you and therefore how much you can invest in an automatic demurring machine.

E QUESTO?

Quanto é importante poter contare sulla tua produzione il Lunedì mattina?

Ogni volta che un cliente obbietta che la macchina costa troppo, io prontamente gli chiedo: “quanto é importante contare sulla tua produzione il Lunedì ?”

Quando consideri il ritorno di investimento di una macchina devi considerare anche i costi accessori di un operatore.

Hai mai considerato che il lunedì mattina i tuoi operatori sono spesso assenti?
Hai mai considerato che producono meno?
Hai mai visto il calo di produttività a fine settimana?

Come biasimarli. Il lavoro di taglio e sbavatura é davvero pesante e logorante.

L’operatore deve spostare pesi, lavorare con utensili che vibrano, prestare molta attenzione alle operazioni che fa (per non dimenticare nessuna e per non fare disastri)…

É un lavoro davvero tremendo.

Il robot lo fa senza difficoltà.
Quindi stai comparando realmente i reali costi?
Compari il solo il costo orario ?

É come comparare 2 auto guardando solo i cavalli del motore!
Basta guardare quello?

Allora bisogna valutare ogni aspetto del processo.

Il robot ti da diversi vantaggi:
– Produttivitá costante
– Disponibilità garantita
– Produzione dei pezzi sempre con la medesima qualità
– Riduzione degli infortuni
– Aumento della presenza operatore
– Miglioramento dell’ ambiente di lavoro
– Miglioramento dei tempi di consegna

Per l operatore bisogna anche considerare:
– Basso rendimento nelle ore pomeridiane
– Infortuni
– Resi pezzi per abbassamento attenzione
– Errori di produzione
– Tempi di formazione
– Ferie e meritato riposo

Ho installato macchine dov’è la manodopera costa 3€ all’ora…è il cliente ha capito che gli conveniva comunque.

Bisogna ragionare con calma e capire realmente cosa ti costa un operatore e di conseguenza quanto puoi investire in una macchina automatica di sbavatura.
