Only one robot kills your company!

How often do I see foundries with a robot doing the pieces-extraction from the press, and …. It does not do anything else!

then, maybe the foundry boss also tells me proudly: “the rate of automation here is very high!”

STOP IT HIDDING BEHIND A FINGER!
STOP IT TELLING LIES!
STOP IT WITH THE MIDDLE AGE !

It is the minimum (and also mandatory) that in front of a casting press there has to be a robot..
You don’t really believe that you can still accept to expose the operator to certain risks today?

But there is a problem!

doing the minimum, you kill your company!
You kill it in a thousand ways.
First of all, you produce at a higher cost than your competition and therefore you earn less.
Do not tell me that as you’re not organized as your competitor you can get better prices?

So?

You need to regain control of the situation and really automate your business.

A ROBOT IS NOT ENOUGH!

You need a more complex and complete system.

What you need depends on your way of production, your production losts, your target audience (automotive or not) and your foresight.

Surely you have to do something.

don’t say that “your company is different”!
