Robotic foundry systems:
based on the values we believe in.
Trebi stands for values, concreteness, and a love for well-done work, to the benefit of our Clients.
Robotic foundry systems: a global presence.
Trebi’s robotic foundry systems are now manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities and are sold and delivered worldwide. The production has evolved from being typically artisanal to an industrial production that is now rational in every aspect.
The specialization of different production areas allows for the optimization of workflows and effective control of each work phase.
A computerized production planning system (ERP) helps manage company resources efficiently and effectively: it optimizes time and aids in maintaining the highest quality standards.
The pride of our organization is the availability of spaces designed for the assembly and final testing of robotic machines for foundries of increasingly significant dimensions.
Trebi is a company, yes, but above all, it is a family.
And that makes the difference.
Technical support: our pride.
The robotic foundry systems that leave our headquarters carry with them our essential values. It is also for this reason that our Clients benefit from an attentive, competent, and prompt technical support service. Technical support, crucial during the installation and startup phase of the machine, extends over time, including full availability to make modifications to the machine configurations. What some of our competitors consider an optional, for us is a logical choice of consistency.
Trebi Academy: training as a key element
Knowledge: the source of superior performance.
Always citing the consistency that distinguishes us, we founded the Trebi Academy in 2020. It is a space of over 600 square meters entirely dedicated to technical training, benefiting our employees as well as our Clients.
We firmly believe in training, a unique tool capable of constantly elevating the qualitative level of our internal collaborators. At the same time, the Trebi Academy dedicates every effort to enable Clients to get the most out of our robotic foundry systems.
Our history
TREBI was founded at the beginning of 1985 in a small workshop in Lumezzane (BS).
Nadia Bianchi and Piergiacomo Bonomi over the years following the founding have consistently dedicated competence, passion, commitment, and love to the family business.
The strategic vision and solid founding values have ensured a constant technical and commercial drive: the company has been nurtured as one would nurture a child. The robotic foundry systems produced by Trebi have come to represent a solid reality.
Nadia Bianchi is still at the helm of the company today, fully supported by her children. Piercarlo leads the technical part, Milena is responsible for production management, Sofia manages purchases, Martina directs the commercial part, and Gisella coordinates logistics.

Guided by family teachings, today the five children have learned to work together in harmony, united by a vision of respect, passion, and genuine relationships. Piergiacomo has left his technical and design mark on every choice, every machine we make today, and every single milestone achieved.
