The aluminum press-side robotic machine line is a compact and robust robotic solution, specifically engineered to tackle the challenges of die casting cells up to 2000 tons.
The aluminum press-side robotic machines are the ideal solution for cutting and deburring large and heavy castings, where complex handling poses logistical and operational challenges. By processing the casting directly at the press side, a part ready for shot blasting is immediately obtained, eliminating costly internal transport, reducing logistical costs, and easing the burden on operators.
This approach also ensures the possibility of using simplified trimming dies, significantly improving the overall efficiency of the cell.
Operational stability is unmatched, thanks to construction on a rigid integral base that minimizes installation times and facilitates maintenance.
The secure interface with the press is managed by an exchange station, compartmentalizing the work area, allowing the processing robot to operate safely and simultaneously with the extraction robot.
Each machine is configured according to the specific needs of the process to optimize the entire die casting cycle.
