Before contacting Trebi, we had issues with finishing parts, as we couldn’t fully complete any piece with the old machines. This was a significant problem because it’s not easy to find qualified labor in this sector.
Trebi solved this problem with machines equipped with multiple wheels and units that allow fewer reworkings of the piece, such as the revolver unit, which now enables me to perform filing, milling, and various operations that I previously did manually.
The results I’ve achieved compared to the past are excellent for productivity, which has improved by 50%, but especially for the quality of the finished product.
I must say that by choosing Trebi, I found the solution that no one else could provide, and I would recommend these solutions because they solve every type of issue in the production of castings.

I had problems with excessively long cycle times and too much labor since deburring was done manually.

We solved these problems by purchasing a Trebi deburring machine, an AFC with grinding belts and a revolver turret.
