The press-side robotic machine line for die-cast aluminum foundries is a compact and robust robotic solution, specifically engineered to tackle the challenges of high-tonnage die-casting cells 2000-4000 tons.
The aluminum press-side robotic machines are the ideal solution for cutting and deburring large and heavy castings, where complex handling poses logistical and operational challenges.
By processing the casting directly at the press-side, a piece ready for shot blasting is immediately obtained, eliminating costly internal transport, reducing logistical costs, and easing the burden on operators.
Operational stability is unmatched, thanks to construction on a rigid integral base that minimizes installation time and facilitates maintenance.
The secure interface with the press is managed by a rotary table exchange station, compartmentalizing the work area, allowing the processing robot to operate safely and simultaneously with the extraction robot.

The machine is equipped with an isolated safety cabin and a dedicated riser evacuator. Chips are internally conveyed away from the press, and upon request, we can integrate a high-capacity suction and filtration system to keep the environment clean and protected.
